Lack of Energy: carbohydrates provide your body, particularly your brain and nervous system, with energy.
Constipation: Lack of Healthy carbohydrates include whole-grains, vegetables, fruits, beans and nuts lead to constipation.
Nutritional Deficiencies:
vitamin C, vitamin A; minerals and B vitamins.
Nausea, Headache and Bad Breath: can result in ketosis. Ketosis can cause: nausea, headache, bad breath, mental fatigue, high levels of uric acid, swelling of the joints and kidney stones.
